It was one of the very first songs to celebrate the revolutionary feelings on Tahrir Square. The video shows protesters raising banners with their demands and dreams for a better future. It was reported that the song had over 2 million views on YouTube. Cairokee band formed in 2009 but only really became famous after the 25 January 2011 revolution, with the release of 'Voice of Freedom'. They became one of the most successful bands in the Arab world. They are known for their political lyrics, although many of their songs deal with social issues facing young people.
