Description
Documentary-maker Jehane Noujaim happened to be heading to her family home a few blocks from Tahrir Square in Egypt when the Egyptian revolution broke out. She figured out a way to shoot it, even though video cameras of any kind were being taken at the border. And then, when she thought it might be over, real life took her and her film on an additional 8 month journey. She talks about the film with David Poland. Shot in Los Angeles, December 2013.
